Welcome to Osortoo. These Terms of Use (also referred to as the End User License Agreement or EULA) govern your use of the Osortoo mobile application (“App”), website (www.osortoo.com), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these terms carefully before using Osortoo.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Osortoo.
Osortoo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App and Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Osortoo offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price selected.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Osortoo may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
The App and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Osortoo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osortoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
