1- We collect eligible entries

We gather comments/entries from the selected post(s) or URL(s) for your giveaway.This creates the initial participant pool.

2 - We apply your selected filters

Only the filters you turn on are used. Examples include:

  • Include or exclude replies
  • Hashtag/text/tag requirements
  • Mention count requirements
  • Blacklist exclusions
  • Bonus entries (if provided)

After this step, we have a final eligible pool.

3 - We run pseudo-random winner selection

We use a shuffle-based pseudo-random process to select winners from the final eligible pool.

  • The system randomly shuffles eligible candidates.
  • It then selects the top N candidates, where N is your chosen number of winners.
  • This process is automated and consistent across giveaway types.

4 - How duplicate settings affect odds

Remove Duplicates = ON
One unique person can win only once per draw. This gives each unique participant equal chance in that draw.
Remove Duplicates = OFF
Multiple valid entries from the same person can increase that person’s chance to win.

5 - How bonus entries are handled

  • Bonus entries are included only if the giveaway owner provides them.
  • They are processed according to the same draw settings.
  • In unique-user mode, bonus rows do not automatically override fairness for the rest of the pool.

6 - What determines final results

Winner outcomes depend on:

  • The entries received from the selected source(s)
  • The filters/toggles chosen by the giveaway owner
  • The number of winners requested
  • Pseudo-random shuffling at draw time

7 - What we do not do

  • Only if duplicate winners are allowed by giveaway settings.
  • No hand-picking winners behind the scenes
  • No hidden filter overrides outside the configured giveaway settings
